If you require a specific size of P.S.E. in a particular grade or a bespoke profile/moulding then Hoppings should be able to assist you. At our Lingfield depot we have a quick set up moulder that is suited to machining small quantities of whatever moulding you require. For quantities in excess of 20m3 we can manufacture bespoke patterns at either depot on one of our high speed moulding machines. Products will be finished to a target of a minimum of 12 cutter marks per 25mm.

To enable us to provide a quote, all we need initially is a reasonably accurate drawing of the moulding you require with as many dimensions detailed as possible. We will also need to know the grade of European redwood/whitewood you require, if there is a particular length stipulation and if the product needs bundling or polythene wrapping. From this information, we will provide you with a written quote including the cost to produce special moulding cutters. On receipt of a purchase order, we will produce a C.A.D. drawing which we require ‘signing off’ as approved to manufacture for you.
