Product sales lead generation

At Hoppings we place great emphasis on (and spend a lot of money on!) driving sales lead enquiries to our network of product stockists. This is performed in a number of ways such as consumer and trade advertising, product directories, PR, our product specific websites and product directory type websites.

We maintain a list of comprehensive stockist information and make it as easy as possible for the consumer, adventurous DIY’er or tradesman to communicate with them about our products. Most telephone enquiries are handled by our Epping sales team who link enquiries with stockists on a daily basis (We use what we feel is the fairest way to allocate sales enquiries i.e. on a nearest stockist basis).

With the addition of products suited to the commercial sector, over the last couple of years we have actively targeted the architect and specifiers type audience. In this situation we directly assist the architects with what they need to know including technical product issues and costs. Architects need a different level of support only we as manufacturers can truly offer but we only assist them to the point of sale, at which point we hand them or their contractor over to a relevant product stockist to complete the transaction.
